New Depot for the Shire of Tammin
Client Brief
The Shire of Tammin called a design & construct tender for their new depot – the council needed an industrial building for the storage and maintenence of their equipment. Also required was a bullnose lean-to structure to facilitate the construction of their offices.

AUSPAN provided a quality and cost effective design that included a double track sliding door system giving excellent access for storage and servicing of equipment. AUSPAN also worked with the Shire of Tammin to incorporate the bull nose lean-to for their office area.
Challenges
With the large number of sliding doors required on the side of the building to give the council the access needed, it was critical to make sure the structure design incorporated sufficient bracing to maintain the structural integrity without interfering/impacting on the access.
