Client Brief
AFGRI needed a structure large enough to handle storage for the pre delivery requirements of their large scale machinery dealership in Gnowangerup.

AUSPAN were able to design a facility of adequate size while remaining within AFGRI’s budget. This 3600m2 facility was a reasonably simple build incorporating a large workshop area with wide access openings for movement of large machinery.

- 3 x 16m door openings
- Custom tapered gutter system delivering all storm water to four corners of the building only. This allowed significant trenching/drainage savings for our client.
- Custom fire engineered solution enabling a strict budget to be met with a fully compliant building
