Client Brief
Ben and Lorna Hay wanted to build the ultimate plumbers shed along with a two story house
including a balcony. Both buildings needed to look the same and have an eight metre canopy.
Auspan Solutions
AUSPAN worked with Ben and Lorna providing design ideas and options for the cantilever
canopies and mezzanine areas including detailed design concept drawings for their new
buildings.
Challenges
Providing the buildings within the tight time frames required to meet the client’s deadlines
involved careful project management to deliver on time and to AUSPAN’s leading quality
standards.

- 8m cantilever canopies giving weather protection to the front of the workshop and balcony area.
