Client Brief
Roger from Linton Park farms required a large open span workshop to compliment his farming business – big enough to fold a boom spray out and big enough to fold a bar. Somewhere he could safely store and maintain machinery all year round in whatever weather condition.

Challenges
Building a workshop of this size on a sloping site and successfully matching into the existing shed on site came with its challenges – this was overcome by significant retaining and detailed planning by the AUSPAN project team.
Features
- Large 15m clear span door openings either end to enable drive through.
- Seals against existing shed utilising existing infrastructure for tool storage and freeing up the new facility for machinery storage and maintenance.
- Incorporating the custom AUSPAN tapered gutter system to deliver all storm water to one end of the shed and enabling simple plumbing to storage tank.
